The standing charges are the same for Agile and Tracker Dec 23. Daily totals are inclusive of SC.

so a low user is better off staying on nov22 i take it?
starting today on a new billing month i'm going to try and shift any washing for night rates and keep off high price daytime usage, going to try  for a month

Anyone can do that. You also need to have been on such a tariff and deal with someone who cannot articulate a sensible rebuttal.

I could without any difficulty generate a screenshot with my account number and the Nov 2022 tariff with an end date of 1st Jan 2030. It would do me no good if upon checking my account Octopus discovered I was never put on this version of the tariff (which of course I was not). 

Supposing I did genuinely get put on the Nov 2022 tariff with an end date, if I was unlucky I'd get a response from a competent complaint handler, who would inform me that under condition 2.9.8, they amended my agreement to the correct version of the tariff that was live at the time of my sign up and they are not liable for any losses resulting from this issue.
