It would do me no good if upon checking my account Octopus discovered I was never put on this version of the tariff (which of course I was not).Supposing I did genuinely get put on the Nov 2022 tariff with an end date, if I was unlucky I'd get a response from a competent complaint handler, who would inform me that under condition 2.9.8, they amended my agreement to the correct version of the tariff that was live at the time of my sign up and they are not liable for any losses resulting from this issue.1
