Sam, in your case I think agile would be a bad idea. Given that you are a low user, the savings would be minimal, and you would probably go crazy trying to manually work out your usage at 30min intervals using your spreadsheet! It would not be worth the hassle for you, given you like to know the manual readings at regular intervals for your usage!1

Keeps the brain active, trying to keep up with the gurus like you. I'd like to give Compare a go to see if it confirms my suspicions. In Octo-speak.Telegraph Sam

Now my data has all been pulled through, my usage up to the end of Feb is very similar between Tracker and Agile, with Tracker having the very slight edge.2

Very interesting indeed considering that I seem to recall (?) that you do not go in for any great amount of load shifting to get to this result.
Your data seems to relate to 3 weeks' consumption. Can you choose any period? Or if you are limited to the tabs, what happens if you click on "Year"? Or were there restrictions in the immediate past resulting from the change in tariffs?Telegraph Sam

Or were there restrictions in the immediate past resulting from the change in tariffs? It's limited to going back as far as 8th Feb, while my own system can extrapolate the new tariffs back as far as I wish. But a 3 week view at this low level is useful, just as the historic data.I haven't paid the subscription fee to get the year view (and it wouldn't help in this case due to tariff data limitations), but my own number crunching for various months over 2023 favours Tracker more due to the higher wholesale prices. Even when I was on Agile and load shifting to the degree I could (which is quite limited).0 -

btw gas is sneaking up, 3.75p NE on old versionI think you mean Tracker Nov 22? The comparative figure is £35.16 vs £39.86 for Tracker Dec 23 (£4.70 more) and £41.08 for Agile Dec 23.1 -
Re Compare. I thought that I had read somewhere that the Dec 23 SC's were cheaper with Agile than with Tracker. But from your table that seems not to be the case. Do the SC's have to be added to the "Totals"?Telegraph Sam
