I switched to gas and electric Tracker on 17th June. My gas usage graph has suddenly disappeared from 29th June on the app and online. Usually can see the "so far this week" usage box for gas and electric too, only electric there now.
The graph that is shown online is from 17th-28th June but looks like it's an averaged usage between 2 readings I gave and doesn't match with actual usage which I can see on the Bright app.Barnsley, South Yorkshire

It isn't just a simple monthly average, and will be different for everyone.
I assume they do this to keep the summary section as a single block.0 -

My usage does appear to be lining up with what I'm getting billed for, not sure why some people are having issues!4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.0

OK, I know it only involves tiny amounts of gas and £ but it shows what happens when for some reason they aren't picking up the meter readings. They guess!Barnsley, South Yorkshire

There will be a discrepancy between bright and octopus, because the calorific values on bright are assumed.4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.0
