I did not contact Octopus when my V2 gas just rolled over on the 14th of April. the tariff page confirms it is V2 not the latest version.1

Apparently the best way to get in touch with them right now is by phone call or Twitter for some reason, if you’re willing/able to use either of those methods.
however, I’ve always been able to get them over the phone and usually resolved any issue quickly. They’ve also pretty speedy thru twitter.0 -

Not sure when v3 first went on the market.I think the real win for you there is that cheap SC personally as a lot of the time the unit rate is below 6p anyway.The SC is the main reason I want to keep my Agile on renewal time, as thats 21p/day. Instead of the 50'ish p it is now on modern tariffs.0

Contacting Octopus to say want to stay on tracker tariff should mean need to have a smart meter in order to go on currently available tracker version.0
