    I don't use the app, I do it online from my browser.  You're clearly accessing the forum fine so will have no problems managing your Octopus account :)
    If you need to contact them directly, phoning or e-mailing works.

    Standing charges, 51p electricity and 26.84p gas.  (I put in a random Exeter postcode.)

    Same here. Tracker V 2 (May). No bill for 3 weeks although I submit readings weekly. On my balance history the weeks are all rolled into one lump.  But none of it has been billed. This also happened back in November. 

    Meanwhile, I keep a record of the Day Ahead prices and my tracker prices and they are um rather incoherent/illogical at times. 
    Looks like there's another 'issue'....
    I've just submitted my weekly readings and while acknowledgements of receipt popped up for both gas and electric it has not shown up in my balance history. Not even as being 'held' while they check it. That's the first time in nearly a year of being on tracker that I have no idea of what my spend was during the week.

    I hate it when charging and billing goes wrong because I like/need the instant feedback. 🙁
  • I’ve just it my readings in too and nothing has appeared on my balance page which is very unusual.

    Same here, effective from 8th February (although they requested a manual meter read on 6th).

    We moved onto Agile in Jan as were told we couldn't go onto Electric Tracker but more wanted to just know if anyone was successful moving onto it recently.

    So that's great to hear & was it easily done by phone or email or did it require a twitter direct message?
