Very glamorous trainers indeed, they're lovely. I have some sparkly trainers and I love them.

    Happy Saturday ☀️
Dog was horrendous last night. It’s just an age thing, but she was panting and moaning and I got up and dressed to take her outside 5 times, but each time she refused to budge 🙄 She had her fan on and I kept taking her drinks of water as it’s a big effort for her to walk 5 steps to her big water dish. Eventually she settled, but I must have only ended up with 5 hours of interrupted sleep 😖 Then she wouldn’t go out when her dad came home so I had to get up early…and now she’s barking so I’ll be the bad one if I go out for my walk and she keeps him awake…sigh. It’s frustrating when you just want to do something. I’m sitting on the kitchen floor as that’s where she is and she barks if I leave. Big dogs are like immovable objects wearing concrete boots if they don’t want to budge. At nearly 14 she is full of character and has decided old ladies can ditch all of their training!
As I’m in the kitchen the yearly seagull menace is standing on the outside windowsill banging for food 😅
i do hope to get my 10k steps in at some point today.
I have been eyeing up a sale coat from regatta. It is half price and has excellent zippy pockets that would be perfect for my phone and earbud case when I’m walking. The dilemma is that I like 2 colours and can’t decide! I’m always a bit stuck on sizes as I can be a 12 or a 14, but for coats I’m happy for them to be roomy in case I need a jumper, so I wouldn’t stress too much about that.
I hope you all have a good non barky day ☀️✨

Sorry you had a tough night with your furry friend.  Hope she settles soon.

Hope your furry friend is more settled now.
That’s a good age for a big dog.
