KK looks at her hands, with short, stubby, flaky nails and wonders what all this glamour would be like to experience! 😉😂

Impressed by your determination to eat sensibly. I face that challenge tonight (and going to bed before 11pm) as Mr KK is not here. Let’s buddy up? 😊

Oh KK I am not glamorous 🤣 I am clumsy and not kind to my hands so am aiming for the stars with nice nails. Last night I lost my thumb nail (not the real nail, but the varnish covering it pinged off), so I made it to 1 week and 2 days. The rest still look perfect and I know on the fb group it was said you could stick it back on if that happened, but tbh I want a colour change now. I didn’t expect the full 3 weeks and am pretty impressed I lasted that long.

Well good morning and happy Tuesday ☀️🌷
I stuck to my meal plan yesterday, but was quite peckish after my designated snack at the end of the day…this probably highlights that I must have been eating a bit more as that doesn’t normally happen 😣
It’s all planned in for today, but I will have to tweak tea as I thought I had a chilli packet mix in for the remaining mince, but I don’t. I do have some fajita mixes so I could try that with the beans and tomatoes, maybe. Anyway, the calories will be stuck to no matter what gets tweaked. I need to do a full week and then if I do lose a pound or too I will know that it was my tracking that was the problem!
I need to chase up the oil today if I get chance. It took them over 3 weeks to deliver, I paid on the day of ordering, but the money still hasn’t come out. Nearly £400 and although it’s in my bank, not theirs, I find it really annoying having it sit there when I know it’s not mine.
I hope you all have a brilliant day ⭐️✨

Hope the eating plan goes ok.

I hate waiting for money to come out as well, I like to know everything is paid for,

    Happy Wednesday ⭐️
I stuck to the meal plan yesterday and miraculously dropped half a pound this morning. Maybe I really was weighing and measuring badly! The pre made salads are holding up really well, they still seem so fresh. Todays I added half an avocado and finished strong with a wafer biscuit 😁 I am planning a second attempt at leek and potato soup later, so will have that for tea, while MrWW will get chicken curry and rice with all the trimmings.
I did chase the oil company and they are planning to charge me, but have a backlog of orders. It’s so strange that a week later they aren’t stressing about pulling the revenue in.
Work is a joy today 🙄, but we are over the hump…hurrah!
I am still not managing a great deal of steps during the week. I need to work out how to fit some in. On the TDEE tracker my maintenance calories are 1571 and they say you should drop 500 to lose weight, which leaves me with much too low a number! I am sticking with 1300 and need to find a way to burn more instead.
So that’s enough waffling about food from me, I must be terribly boring 😬
i hope you all have a great day 🌷☀️

Good morning and happy Thursday ⭐️☀️
i picked up my old journal yesterday and found I hadn’t added anything since last July. I was full of ‘I’m going to do things, get out of my comfort zone, if MrWW isn’t interested I’ll do things on my own…’, basically just what I’m saying now…a procrastinators journal at its finest 😅 I know the work thing knocked me down for a while, but there were 4 months of blank that I have no excuse for 😬
I have a busy day at work today, but have managed 1300 steps already, so that’s a fair start. The scales went up a point of a pound, but that’s fair enough, I don’t usually get 2 reductions in a row and I’m still heading in the right direction overall.
I hope you all have a fabulous day ⭐️🌷

  • You were recovering from work stuff in that four months! Spring now (if you ignore the actual weather 😁) so a good time to choose a thing you want to do and do it. Well done on the steps so far today

Have you ever tried any of the very quick workout videos. I’m not the right person to suggest one as I haven’t done it. But a lady at my SW group does a 5 minute workout between meetings as she works from home. Alternatively put a song on that you like a dance around like nobody is watching in between pieces of work if you can. Im full of good ideas….and great at doing things for a couple of days then not bothering again. 😂😂😂 so you probably shouldn’t listen to me.
How much have you lost since you started being strict again?

Only a pound @milann 🤣 I’m a very slow loser. i have tried YouTube videos. The Zumba ones are fun, but it’s hard to find the time and enthusiasm 😬 Sadly I have to work between meetings 😢 That’s when you squeeze in the actual work you need to do, that you struggle to do because of all the meetings about the work you need to do 😅
