Did the cats all tell you when the chicken was ready? Ours does. She starts yelling even before the timer goes off - you'd think that she never gets fed.

They aren’t too bothered, but I did have an elderly rescue cat many years ago who went berserk for it. She didn’t have many teeth, but she could tackle a chicken. One bonfire night when the house was full of people and fireworks were whizzing loudly, all the cats were in bed hiding apart from this old bag of bones who was sitting in the chaos with her nose to the oven door waiting for the chicken legs to come out. She was very, very loud 😁

Today was a good ‘no work’ day. We went to b&m which is a bit of a trek away and the height of excitement for me 🤭 We also went to the pet place and have masses of wood litter to last a couple of months hopefully. I am the proud owner of 2 flavours of slush puppy chocolate teacakes, a bar of gold milky bar, some gold munchies and several flavours of ringo’s. I had the serving size of munchies (6 pieces, 134 calories) and they were nice, but really sweet. I’m not sure if they’re really sweet or if it’s that they seemed overly sweet as I’ve been having a lot less of the sweet stuff.

Good morning and happy Tuesday ☕️ I hardly slept last night, I’ve no idea why. Maybe it’s the change in routine with being off work? We had plans for a trip to the local town as MrWW wants to revisit the small museum to look at things relating to his new hobby, but we have a massive snow storm ongoing and everything that had finally melted yesterday is now a blanket of white! So we’ll see how it goes. It’s really cold and the heating is back on, which won’t do my oil level much good. I will need to order some soon, but hopefully with next months pay. I did find a receipt for oil in the drawer clear out, in 2016 it was under £250 for 500 litres, it’s double that now.
I failed to declutter my 13 things yesterday, so today I need to find those, plus 14 for today. It shouldn’t be difficult as I have 3 drawers left in the entrance porch. 

Yesterday I killed a rather new Joe Br*wns jumper on its second wash 😖 it went in on a wash and dry and came out cat sized…damn it 😢 Snowflake clothes don’t have a great life expectancy with me. I had hoped it would be happy with a standard wash this time (I gave it a cool wash when it was new) and I completely forgot that it wouldn’t enjoy a tumble dry…oops.
I had a surprise drop on the scales this morning and hit 11lb’s! I’m not sure if it will stick just yet, but I’m having it. My saintly portion of 6 munchies was rewarded 🤭

Good morning and happy Wednesday 🌟☕️
We had a nice lunch yesterday and looked around the little local museum. It didn’t have many things MrWW was looking for and hadn’t changed since the last time we went a few years ago, but it was a change of scenery. MrWW bought dog a big cushion bed from a local place to cushion her old bones in the room. She sits on the couch and sometimes on my knee, but sometimes on the floor by my feet. We put the bed in her floor spot and she is refusing to have anything to do with it 🙄 She has a huge memory foam one and lots of blankets in the bedroom which she loves, but she’s always in the room that I’m in. Today we are staying in to save some money. I’ll do some decluttering and cleaning and try to wrack up some steps. 

MrWW joined the free trial of nutra check, but he has no patience and was complaining madly and so I’m not expecting him to keep it up. He’d be quite happy to log his food if I did it for him, but it’s enough keeping track of my own and quite frankly depressing seeing how many extra calories men can eat and still lose weight 😅

I know exactly what you mean about men having more calories than women…..it’s just not right 😂😂😂 I’m definitely coming back as a man next time 😂😂😂

…and we need the extra chocolate calories much more than they do!! 😢
