Good morning and happy Thursday. This week is going far too fast 🎅🏻🎄
I won the lottery last night, woohoo, but sadly it was just £3. I bought new tickets with it. 

I tried a new Yorkshire pudding recipe yesterday, as sadly the one I normally use has started to fail me. I don’t know why, but my last lot were like frisbees. I’m wondering now if it’s because I changed egg sizes, as I tried a different recipe, with a different method and different quantities which turned out much wetter and the puddings were glorious. So I’ll use the new recipe in future. I froze 5 leftovers, which I’ve never done before, but it it said you could and I guess they’ll warm up like Aunt B’s. 

I’ve no idea what I’ll waste today doing 🤔

The annoying thing is it keeps happening, just not with the whisky.  My kitchen carpet still has a mac&cheese stain from when my hands decided not to co-operate getting it out of the oven a couple of months ago.  It's a good job I'm not houseproud & my son doesn't seem to notice.

On no, what a waste of Mac n cheese 😮 No carpet was safe from me when I was little, I had absolutely no coordination and got told off a lot! Because of this I absolutely never blame or moan about any spill or breakage as I know how awful it is to be the unwitting perpetrator 😅 it’s so frustrating isn’t it, but you must be kind to yourself. No one does it on purpose.

I know 🤣 imagine how much lighter MSE land will be at this time next year! 

I had a piece of stollen for lunch …. I weighed a mouses portion and it was still over 300 calories 😮
Now I know you all know me well, so you won’t be shocked to know I succumbed to a beautiful clever fox eating/food tracker book in a box with stickers 😁 I really wanted green or blue, but they had longer delivery times, so I’ve plumped for a bright yellow. It came out of my Christmas Amzn vouchers. Have a look…you won’t be disappointed 😁😁😁

Well I’m really shocked at you buying a new notebook, that’s so out of character 🤣🤣

The big whiskey bottle spillage sounds like the giant Comfort 166 washes I bought last week (maybe not as tasty). It’s so heavy I keep missing the washing machine drawer and spilling it everywhere. On the plus side the kitchen smells lovely 😆

it’s the balance on big bottles that’s all messed up. You start tipping it so well and then all of a sudden the weight passes the tipping point and wham!

Snuffles in to say I have just eaten the lot of the contents of of a tub of heroes. Sigh.

I am another one who struggles with joints and dropping hands - colder and heavier make things much worse.


@Sun_Addict I buy the big one too and then re-fill the old smaller bottle (in the sink!)

Removing the temptation for later, very sensible!
