Today I made the huge mistake of touching the scales 😢 I jumped back off immediately so it won’t register on the tracker I hope 😬 I seem to have crept to the next stone bracket. Just NO!! 😳
So I’m going to be much more mindful of quantities going in my face and I will not buy any lovely sale clothes until I’m a sensible weight and don’t look like I’m trying to smuggle ferrets under everything I try on 😢
We have snow today, it looks really pretty.
I’m jealous of the panto nanny. How lovely.
I did, thank you jwil. How was yours? Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

You’re brave jumping on the scales at Christmas 😬 Smuggle ferrets 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

I did think about the scales this morning and quickly dismissed the idea 😂 I’ll have missed 2 weeks of SW so rather than paying for the missed weeks and having yet another fresh start for 2023. My last stint cost me £££££££‘a to loose 3 lb 😯 I do enjoy the social side of the meeting though……but need to remember why I’m actually going there.
Your Christmas sounded lovely. I too watched the King when I don’t usually bother, followed by Aladdin but I’ve never been able to get into WAtch The Midwife. We were playing Yahtzee and sipping Baileys instead 👍

I love Yahtzee @milann, I have the app on my tablet so can play every day 😁
SW is expensive. I was successful once joining online, but the second time was a total waste of money. If I don’t have the motivation then I’m just throwing money away.Did anyone watch Ghosts? I love that, it’s funny, but kind and feel good too.Today turkey is simmering in the slow cooker in gravy. We will have it in part baked rolls with some veg and a few chips on the side. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I watched Ghosts. I do like it…..a simple non offensive show 😂 I’d be hard pushed to choose my favourite ghost…..maybe Pat.
Weve just had Christmas Dinner pie. Leftover turkey, ham, chopped up pigs in blankets, stuffing and all the leftover veg put in a big bowl with gravy and mixed ( I do this straight out of the fridge so as not to heat up more than once) split it into pie dishes and top with puff pastry. It made 3 pies - 2 frozen for a later date one already in our tummies 👍 very tasty with re roasted potatoes. With the pies our £28 turkey has already served 20 meals and I’m just going to make more things for the freezer with it 😀👍 Great value 👍January spends - £587.581 -

@milann the pies sound good. We have had Christmas dinner, Christmas leftovers dinner on Boxing Day (using all the roasts, veg, pigs, etc.), sandwiches and now in gravy in part baked rolls. Still enough for a sandwich left and dog has had 3 days worth of turkey and her biscuits.I liked Mary in ghosts, shame she got sucked off! Pat is lovely, Julian unashamedly himself and Kitty so naive she’s a real treasure. Lady button has some excellent faces. It’s hard to choose a favourite from all of them, even the plague victims are great. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien
