I was told that bills and your normal grocery shop don't count when it comes to NSDs. That seems sensible. I keep losing track of NSDs though. I need to try harder.

When I did the NSD challenge a couple of years ago, each person set what counted as a spend to them. Some included direct debts others only unplanned spends and most people were somewhere in between.

Thanks jokono...I’m now at the worrying and waiting stage, haha. It’s all on a property sale which hasn’t quite gone through yet.

I hope it all goes well! 
I am 2 years away from being able to start saving properly and I still worry sometimes about what I'm going to do with that money.  It's too long in the future to spend any time looking into it but I still think about it.

It’s hard isn’t it? Even saving a small emergency fund is hard. I have form for self sabotaging any savings, even the smallest amount burns a hole in my pocket! I managed not to touch my £200 last month and it’s now up to £400 for June, but I think about it often, so, so often 🤣

I have declared early for NSD1 so I have no choice, but to have a no spend day. 

The sun is shining, which is a little sad on a work day, but I’ll get some washing out.

Morning!
I worked outside most of yesterday but really struggled to see anything on the screen. I think I'll work inside today and like Sun_Addict will pop outside for a break every hour or so.
