I would say so yes.0

You haven't claimed any expenses as such. Neither pension contributions nor charitable payments are expenses. In an employment context, expenses would include, for example, telephone costs you pay yourself for a telephone used for work purposes, where the costs were not reimbursed.1

Submitted my self assessment 6th April and still bank repayment pending 😂 haven’t received and letters spoke to an agent online who tells me to wait 😂 wait for what ? Christmas ? 😂 over five months of bank payments pending0

SA filed first week of March and fined £100 within a week. Security paperwork received 14/5 and returned same day. They confirmed receipt of it but repayment STILL pending as of today! Are they processing one person a day? How long does it take to look at four pieces of paper?0

Your case would be added to the queue waiting to be dealt with when your reply was received.
The computer allocates cases from that list in order.

Like most I’ve been waiting since beginning of April for my refund on overpaid tax. Submitted a complaint a few weeks back and received a call this week saying my claim has been paid. Sure enough money was in today.
Looks like they’re working through the claims, albeit slowly.1 -
