I received an email today as my SEISS grant can't be claimed due to needing to prove identity for SA. It says will receive a letter within 4-6 weeks regarding SA and that should be sorted so can then claim the 5th grant0

I sent my SURF2 back last week (after receiving it last monday)...and today I received the same thing? Same letter, same requests for ID etc just minus the R38 form. Am I expected to send all these documents AGAIN?Also can anyone tell me if the "Check Progress" thing displays that HMRC has received my SURF2? I know there are processing delays etc but I'm just anxious it got lost in the post...0

Hubby sent his letters off on 9th june week later got same letter sent out Rang them and got told it was an error then 2-3weeks later recieved all id back so must have recieved 1st letter and the check progress hasnt shown up anything put a complaint in last week thats showning up its been 18weeks since put return in and 9since sent letter off and still none the wiserunderwhelmed_saver said:I sent my SURF2 back last week (after receiving it last monday)...and today I received the same thing? Finally some good news, filed my return about a week late, recieved on 14th April and haven't heard a thing from HMRC in all this time, and a few days ago I saw that it now said bank payment pending and today its gone to 10th August, Bank payment, you. Almost 4 months compareded to 4 days last year lol. Hope you all get yours sorted, I did have the grants so maybe like people say it slowed it down but it's been an amazingly long time.

I’ve been told it’s going to be another 8 weeks before security checks will be finished 😂 it’s already been under security checks since 10th April this year0

does anyone have any information after sending surf2 and submitting a complaint I sent my surf back a month ago, a skwrge was filed 2 weeks ago and still nothing ?????????1
