Raised complaint on the 6th august never heard anything back at all said estimated completion for complaint was the 26th, so logged on to check and was still saying pending, went on to live chat and they told me it has been issued with the date 27/08/21. 🙂

Just been on webchat and mines been issued too 😊

Hi does this say in your online portal that it has been issued? Or does it still say payment pending even though its been issued? Like does it have the date? Mines still the same and made a complaint same day as you remember haha mind I've never needed to do this letter even though 1 agent told me I would the rest just said security checks being done would of had the letter by now if this was the case tbh

Mine still says pending on the date and the payment, the advisor I spoke to last night said it can take 2 to 4 weeks to show on my account but it had been issued

Have you received the money yet? Went in webchat before but they got disconnected and was waiting 40mins gave up I have HOPE after seeing this haha

No nothing in bank account yet

Mines still says pending also but still showing yesterday date so taking it will be Monday it updates they told me payment would be in bank within 10 days of the date 27/08/21

I sent my SURF2 back at the start of the month and was checking the "Check Progress" section of my personal tax account every day and wondering why it never changed from "we cannot see your form"

Turns out if you click "Business Tax Account" it comes up under there in the "Check progress" section saying they received my form.

I don't own a business, so this thought never occurred to me - why is there so much fragmentation on the site?

Thanks for this tip, it never occurred to me to look there either!
