It probably wouldn't occur to me to mention the washer is in the garage, and I'd be the vendor in this scenario.It's very common in "bungalow-land" in my village, for washers and dryers to be in the garage, as the garage is very narrow.It's a 70s built estate of bungalows, where the garage is only a brick wider than the door. You'd get a car in there, but opening the car door would be fun.Wonder if the OP is buying near me.0

My understanding is that washing machines are allowed in bathrooms, as long as the manufacturer says they are suitable, and the mains switches are outside the room.3 -
