Thats who I use but they don’t provide real time updates. You have to wait for the monthly report.

My application went in on the 2nd, valuation completed and passed ok on the 8th, then silence!

Just to add I have discovered the searches, so far it is

-Two soft searches prior to application on the 1st Feb (I assume the broker got an AIP)
-Application went in 2nd Feb
-Same day 2nd Feb, one soft search and one hard search
-Valuation done on 8th Feb which came back ok.

Now awaiting outcome.

@[Deleted User] our valuation was done on the 8th as well and we haven’t heard a thing either. 

Haven’t even heard if valuation is ok. Can only presume it is since we got the house for 25 thousand under the asking price so would need a big devaluation. 

We thought our application went in 27th but broker is now saying it wasn’t in until 31st. Asked for more documents on the 3rd but broker didn’t notice til 7th and we supplied them that day and broker uploaded them on 9th.

@[Deleted User] we used London and Country. We have found them very poor to be honest however I’m sure someone further up had a better experience with them. 

They lost documents of ours and made a few mistakes. Broker doesn’t seem to check anything for five working days either so they requested another bank statement on the 3rd and he noticed it on the 7th when I phoned and asked again for an update.

Good Morning All! So here we go again another week! Good luck to all of us who are still waiting. I will badger my broker more often now as this is already my third week. It will become a 4th week on Friday.

My MB text me saying no update this morning. He will check again this afternoon. 
Really hope I hear something soon as this process is taking over my life.

I just emailed my broker 15 minutes ago so I'm hoping they are doing something about it now but they haven't replied yet. Tell me about it. Work is crazy at the moment, I have exam this weekend and I just can't give 100% attention to those because the wait is consuming my life.
