    Thank you! I will have to now. I'm telling them I'm going to phone them up this afternoon to discuss. Hopefully give them enough time this morning to sort themselves out.

    Every time you send documents in they put your file on hold for a week before they go back to it. I kicked off about it and said it wasn’t fair they were asking for the same docs and making me wait again and again. I called this number 0800 169 6333 they could see the in depth notes left on file

    @Tashco what happened to your valuation? I thought it hadn’t been done yet? Did it turn out to be a desktop? I wonder if we can still phone when we went through a broker

    @AilieG01 they had a cancellation and fitted me in , I had no idea I wasn’t informed. It was physical not desktop. It seems hsbc are so backlogged their putting everyone in for valuations then if there’s any cancelled / declined mortgages they fit people in earlier x

    @tashco that’s amazing! I applied through a broker so waiting on updates from them is a drag. Nothing seems to happen unless I phone and chase

    Scheduled a call with my broker today at 4 pm. Hoping they will do something in the meantime ... I feel like I'm halfway giving up.
