Thank you so much @Tashco and @propertyhunter really appreciate your well wishes :)@AilieG01 please do let me know how you're getting on. Fingers crossed for both of us!
  • @666666 we phoned the broker today and he said the waiting time was 12 days and basically dont phone and to wait o him phoning. My husband is back abroad to work on Monday for four weeks so hoping we hear before he goes. Phoned the number @Tashco had but that’s only if you apply direct. The lady I spoke to was rather surprised when we said about 12 days to look at documents. Said that’s never been as long.

  • @Ferrier out of interest what was the percentage devaluation and what part of the country are you in? I just want to get a sense of the market is all.

Hi I'm in Cardiff. My offer Was 215k but the valuation came back at 200k So I had to renegotiate the price with the vendor. Hopefully I will get an offer soon

@Tashco Did you receive your offer via email or in the post
    Thank you
  • @ferrier fingers crossed it’s not too far away for you! My valuation was done on the 8th and since my offer was 25k less that the original asking price I think it should be fine.
Is case reviewed the last part before offer?

@AilieG01 Hopefully we will hear something very soon. If there was a problem with your valuation I'm sure you would of heard something by now. Fingers crossed for you
