We’ve previously had guidance of 5miles, in Wales. This time around it has been made clear local, can be more than 5 miles for those in rural areas.1

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
People should use their common sense. Living in a very rural area, as I do, is entirely different from being in a city. I can't get things I need without driving a minimum of 25 miles. There's also social bubbles to consider which may also mean quite long trips for country dwellers.1

"Stay local", is a woolly and open to interpretation phrase.
We have one set of parents that live only 5 miles away, but over the county border, and the others are in the same local authority as us, but are just over 20 miles away!!!
To me, these could both be argued to be "local".How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)1 -
Outdoor sports are allowed from 29 March and stay at home is ended. No mention of stay local. lol up. England Roadmap for yourself.0

It has clearly been stated that stay at home is ending and stay local is not.0

For instance I know someone who would usually shop at a supermarket in the next council. They had to use the one in the same council even though it wasn't as close.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -
