It might be worth you just checking the current status of your PCN on the CEL website. If they've gone all radio silent on you, they may have dropped it. Just a possibility. Check it out.

The website only allows me to appeal or pay.... Appeal does not show me any information at all, just say: Please refer to the following link for further information on responding to your county court claim https://www.gov.uk/respond-to-court-claim-for-money
I am not sure if click on "pay now", just in case I will highlight that I want to pay and that will encourage this guys....

    I doubt it.

Just now I have just received from the royal mail the form N180 that I sent to CEL with the reason for "incomplete address" however, I copied it from their web page. I will send an email to the CBCC with the screen shot of the page and the returned letter scanned as proof that I have tried. I will also send them the Form N180 by email
PS: CBCC already received the form N180 (signed) but it is not updated on the Money Claim page

Hi everyone, I hope you and your families are doing well.
I just received a mail from CEL sending the information I requested through the SAR. It had to be after I made a complaint to the ICO ... what a scoundrel ...
They have sent me a copy of some letters that they sent to my previous address, two photos (entering and leaving the parking) and hundreds of pages on how to pay the debt, with payment facilities, etc ...
The question is, is it enough for them to have photos of the vehicle going in and out? there is no barrier and they didn't show the car parked at all
    Thanks in advance

PS: The CBCC has transferred the files to my local county.

That's all there ever is with an ANPR camera monitored car park, in and out.

Thank you for your opinion, we will see how all this ends. I think I'll have to wait for the hearing in the County Court and see what happens.

While I can't guarantee it, the CEL MO is to pressurise you to jump through every hurdle placed in your way to defend the claim, meet all the deadlines and every court-required processes.  Then, if you don't, they're in quickly for a judgment in default against you. If you do comply with all of that, they discontinue or don't pay the court fee by due date. I'd be surprised if this did actually get to a hearing. Stay with the plan.
