By using a template it suggest some degree of collusion!  This would make you or any responder, as bad as the parking companies who did a copy & paste job on the original consultation but they did it so badly that they copied all the grammatical and spelling errors also which made it easy for the regulars to find them and report them to the BSI.

If you look at the consultation thread you'll find what I wrote to my MP, to give you an idea. Do not simply copy/paste my letter please as this will dilute the message - the impact will be greater if people use their own words.

Reply and tell them when you actually received the SAR reply , with the cel date it was issued , and the date or dates it was sent by you , including any follow ups , giving a timeline

I've sent them the information but I think a reply from ICO more than 4 months later is completely useless. Btw CEL never replied my emails about SAR, only sent me a letter dated months before I've received, another proof of how is working this kind of mafia

I hope that you and your family are well. Christmas is right around the corner and as a Christmas present I have received my letter for my hearing. This appointment will be at the end of March 2022. Any advice to prepare the hearing well?

Yes , ensure that you complete your bundle and have sent it to the court and Claimant by the deadline set on the court order , plus email address and telephone number etc if asked for them by the court

Read other completed court case discussions on here , see what their advice was , plus any after court reports by those successful defendant's ( any case since march 2020 )

Plus read the telephone hearings thread by coupon mad that she posted on here 18 months ago too

And go back to the NEWBIES to read again the guide to court - there's a numbered list which you need to understand all the steps of.

Read the Order and the earlier Allocation one again carefully, and note what you have to do and by when.  Can be done by email nowadays but of course not the the CCBC email, they are not involved now.

NB: the deadline to email your WS and evidence bundle for the first time, is NEVER three days before.  Hence why you may also need to re-read the Notice of Allocation.

Good recent examples of WS bundles are posted by @Nosy and @jrhys.
