HEARING LOST in a PCN dispute

Good evening everyone, Just received this Christmas gift (see the picture attached), is a good signal? or just a normal procedure. Thanks0
-
That's normal from CEL. We often see a Notice of Discontinuance shortly after that.

Good afternoon all,
My hearing will be on 29th of March 2022. In the hearing letter from the court says:
"unless the claimant does by 4.00 pm on 1st March 2022 pay to the court the trial fee of 27 or file properly completed application for help with fees, then the claim will be struck out with effect from 1st March 2022 further order and, unless the court orders otherwise, you will also be liable for the cost which the defendant has incurred"
In the HM courts & tribunals service - recent transactions for defendant, the last update was on the 19/05/2021 saying that my case was transferred to my local court
Yesterday I've received a signed letter from CEL, please see the following pictures:
This mean that they are going ahead? or is just they are shooting their last bullets?
Thanks in advance for your help0 -

All looks as expected and yes the hearing will go ahead. Same as most CEL cases.
You must crack on with your WS - the best 2021 examples were by @jrhys and @Nosy but you also need to add the new stuff about February's good news about the false debt recovery fees. Now banned. Wording to counter their £70 add-on and explain the relevance to the court of the DLUHC's Announcement are in a thread I posted on last night about JD Parking.
I re-wrote the template defence there (so new it's not in any sticky thread yet) and of course people can grab some paragraphs about the debt recovery costs ban, for their WS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
If it is ok with @Coupon-mad may I post the link to the new Defence and suggest that the OP - for the WS (adapted from WS examples above) - performs:-control + F with dluhc in the text boxthe highlighted "DLUHC" results can then be picked out, adapted and the appropriate text in the paragraphs added to the OP's WS - in this case the false debt recovery fees. (There are other paras referring to ADR etc.)The link (post 4.3.22 at 12.55AM):-2

Hi all, I hope you are doing well. In according with the letter I've received from the court I should receive an electronic bundle.
"At least two weeks before the hearing, the claimant must send to the Home Court and to the other parties an electronic bundle to be used at the hearing"
Instead of that I have received a a signed letter that contains, their witness statement, pictures,....
Any advice?
Thanks0
