Have you followed that link in para 6 to find out how the Claimant should create that bundle?

For example, does it say anything about the Defendant supplying his evidence and Witness Statement to the Claimant to be forwarded as one combined bundle?

Reading paras 7 and 8, it looks like there is to be one bundle created by the Claimant.

What else does that doc say that you haven't shown us?
N.B. I have only skim read that document - too difficult to do more with it presented sideways. Help us to help you.

You did send them your WS and evidence already, as we discussed on 4th March?

Currently I didn't finished my WS yet, tbh I am a bit lost.
I am off work, I have booked days off at work, as I am a bit lost .... some of my colleagues said "just pay, less problems" but is the matter of if I pay they win, and I can not allow these "predators" keep extorsion people....
I've followed the link in the para 6 and is just a guide of how to do a ebundle

May I ask you guys if you are willing to guide me once again? Already all your help have been amazing, so thanks for that !

This is so far what I did:
    1- AOS
2- SAR to the DPO at CEL
3- Letter to Morrison management (not reply)
4- Letter to ABC parking solutions (not reply)
5- Letter to the landowner (not reply)
    6- N180 (CCBC)
7- letter defence to CCBC (2020 version)

Let see if I understood well what I have to do:
    -Hearing-
1- write a WS (witness statement?) with the help of the old temple (same I sent to CCBC?) and the new temple and send it to the Home county court email address
I am right in this point?
2- Any video where I can see how is a hearing in the court?
3- During the hearing, Do I have to read all the WS

    Thanks in advance

Your hearing is on 29th March and point 6 on the letter states "At least two weeks before the hearing the claimant must send ......"
Have you sent your witness statement and evidence to the claimant to allow them to do this?

Thanks for your reply. When I sent my defence to CBBC y sent a copy to CEL. Looks like I missed a point and for they to send the ebundell I had to send a WS to them first? ....
When I sent to them the defence by post, it been returned to me as an incomplete address, but I copied word per word what their website says..
I guess I am f"""""k now...... or is any hope?
    Thanks

If you have got to the point of a hearing, you must have sent your defence to the CCBC, who would have sent a copy to the claimant, who would then have informed the CCBC of their intention to proceed, you would then have completed a DQ (N180 form) so you are way beyond defences!  Get your witness statement to the claimant and to the court asap preferably by the end of today.  Do not mention lateness!
Make sure you give details of your contact information for the video hearing.

Yes, quick!  Do this by email right now:
Get your witness statement to the claimant and to the court asap preferably by the end of today.  Do not mention lateness!

You can adapt the one by @ricky_balboa

For a fuller example of what the cover sheet and exhibits look like, see the WS by @jrhys

His one doesn't include the new info that the Govt's new Code of Practice has banned debt recovery fees which they say were 'designed to extort money from motorists'.  That's why, for actual wording, we now tell people to use the one by @ricky_balboa

You don't have time to be showing us their WS and waiting for answers.  You currently stand in breach of your court Orders which required you to send your WS and evidence in time.

It did tell you and CEL this, in the Notice of Allocation.  They complied.  You haven't.

But there's no point us discussing why you went off-piste and stopped following forum advice (it is very clear that 'defence is not your only job' in the NEWBIES thread).  We aren't judging you and you are not the first.  We are keen to give you that final push to get this back on track.

Rescue this situation in a couple of hours.

You have no time to be doing anything except going and grabbing the resources I advised and emailing a signed &dated WS and evidence to the local court and solicitors BEFORE 4pm.
