HEARING LOST in a PCN dispute

Please hang in there. A case towards the end of last year was similarly delayed, but the OP decided at 2pm he was unlikely to get the call that day, so went out. Guess who called a little later ..... ?  Judgment in default, and unreasonable behaviour costs, if memory serves me well. ☹️

I dont have the link either... I am waiting to receive the link... Even I have my microsoft team app open just in case... I will wait here in the pc until tonight if is required...

well this is what happened,
The judge was doing very well, challenge CEL represent in every point and challenge them about the costs and money. However, suddenly CEL represent got wifi problems... and I dont know how me too, and I lost the call several times. therefore, has been postponed until an in-person hearing can be held. CEL said will ask for costs of the second hearing. Is a shame as the judge was cornering the claimant, The judge knew the parking laws very well. But I couldn't had my turn, however, the claimant speech was listening very well until my turn came and all the wifi problems came.
We'll see what happen next time.

Loss of signal is happening a lot nowadays, especially with TV programmes ?

Not for a problem you have no control over .... they can dream I suppose

Hope you get the same judge again as it seems he was half way to spanking them ?

Of a court kept me waiting that lont I would be seeking compensation for my time, Complain in robust terms to your MP.

More than 4 hours waiting, very stressed as I had to check the email and the spam folder every minute as they send you the link 10 minutes before start...

I hope too, as the judge before my turn, when the claimant was exposing the points, the judge interrupted the claimant and challenge some important points,... I hope is the same judge or at least someone as good as him.

Good evening everyone, tomorrow is my hearing part 2.... I'll keep you posted on how it goes. I have been told I will receive directions within the next 10 business days, so fingers crossed !!!
I hope the scammers don't win this time, just for the benefit of having another example case against them.....
