Popping in very quickly to say hello. I haven't stopped from 6am until just now, and I'm fit for nothing. Catch up tomorrow sleep well all x8

Hi all
Had a lie in, did my exercise class, hoovered around, pottered a bit and went to work and worked through until 8pm.
Bit wired now, need to be in bed fairly soon. It looks like I am going to be back in the office 2 days a week from April which I am quite looking forward to. Just need to keep a good balance between work and home.
Friday tomorrow, thank goodness.10 -
At last a whole good day.
- photobook had final check and been ordered.
- mum's card posted and was able to honestly write 'present in post'.
- As I'd heard nothing from my complaint regarding the expensive test, I re-sent the email to a different address. Within 3hrs I received an apology and a refund of £38, excellent.
- had brilliant drum lesson, on real drums with a real teacher in the same room.
- had a good Zoom with 3 fellow assessors, our new 'support group' to exchange ideas.
- Mr N did one load washing, 1 through DW and a lot of tidying in the conservatory.
- went through about 10 flagged emails and dealt with them
- completed census
- completed neighbourhood plan questionnaire
- filled bird feeders
- made a pizza for dinner
-unpacked our fruit/veg box which had been delivered
- booked another Mr T c&cRemember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10 -
Evening all. Glad you had a good day, Narc0
I
I somehow managed to strip DH's bed, dust and hoover all through downstairs, steam mop the kitchen floor, do WM x4 of which I hung out all the towels and bedding for long enough to be almost bone dry, and post a birthday card. Rosie got her walk, and we ate the rest of the stuffed cabbage leaves for tea (I don't want overcooked cabbage ever again). Minimal progress in the study, but enough to show that I tried.

Morning everyone
Had a work training day yesterday all day so not much flying got done. Still having everyone chip in to lighten the load. It's their home as well at the end of the day.
Dd doesn't have preschool today. And eldest has a day off too. So no Internet schooling for him.
Ds2 is ready to go. I think he starts at 9.30 now.... but not sure as they normally come and get him the same time they get dd off us. 🤔
Man is coming to temporary fix the roof sat for us until he can come and fix it.
Work this afternoon, so I'll have from about 10-1 too get stuff done.
Dds birthday Sunday so need to get the birthday decs down and wrap her presents before then, why do I always leave it till last minute. 🙃 family have sent presents that also need wrapping...
I'm going to do a quick hh flying while I wait to take ds2 to school..

Good morning.
Dog is whining upstairs, but it is raining so his walk will have to wait an hour! He has a shock coming to him when I am working 3 days next week!! Little one is singing to himself whilst playing with dinosaurs 😊 He is in no hurry to go out. We will make a mothers day card later using the flowers we pressed and need to plant up his flowerpot he painted on Tuesday - I will dig up something suitable from the garden!
Not as much achieved as I wanted yesterday as per usual! HB you are an inspiration! I need to get rid of my clutter!! We have a running joke in my family....my mum turns up and she starts by saying "I was having a clear out and I thought this might be useful.. ." 😂 I have learnt to say, no thank you 😊 My siblings have avoided the problem by moving a long way away! DD2 is in the process of buying her first flat and my mum is rubbing her hands together! 😂😂
Kitchen is fairly clean. I need to put a wash on. I have taken some chilli out of the freezer for dinner tonight.
Its raining now - I hope the forecast is correct as I need to do outdoor stuff!!9 -
After all this activity I have had a day sitting with a cat on my knee. Every time I get up she follows me until sit again.Laundry done and ground floor dysoned. Wheelie bin was only half emptied grrr

Dancemum our little dog lays in the hall with his head on his paws, which means "please will you come and sit on the sofa so I can sit with you". Speaking of little dog, the catch on our garden gate hasnt worked properly for ages. I was just coming down the garden after hanging washing out and the gate was swinging in the wind, no sign of the dog. He was wandering down the road, thankfully he came straight to me at the panicked shriek of his name. Its a really busy road. Going to have to nag at DH to fix the gate.
Food shopping done and put away, paid stuff done for the week, have had a tidy around, decobwebbed and flicked the duster around. DS messaged me to say he is coming home for a short visit. He shouldnt be coming home really but I am not going to say no.
Its gone really dark, maybe I should bring the washing in.
