Our move is looking decidedly shaky above us in the chain but we are sticking with it. If it collapses we will still sell ours and either rent or stay with family until we find something else. Every day we hope for some news but nothing.

We’re continuing with the sale of our place, the buyers are chain free and the legal legwork has been completed so makes sense to carry on with it.

The chain may well have completed on the previous house but the timeline was stretching past summer and we really wanted everything wrapped up during the school holidays. Waiting on the chain was quite stressful and in the end I lost confidence that it was going to hold together! No chain with the new build and things are moving quite quickly now!
