    Hi,
    University replied again with this:

    Good Afternoon
In this case, we will not be able to assist and you will need to contact First Parking or DCBL in regards to this.
    Kind Regards

The University being the 'land-owner', they will need to be contacted first right, if needed to be so I don't quite understand why they're acting like this? It's really frustrating how their replies are just plain, simple and boring.

They are just ducking out of responsibility and shoving you under the bus that us a F1rst Parking court claim.   You can defend the claim.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've just replied to them clearly explaining that legally being the land-owner they can be contacted for further information and proof regarding the case as they're only 'employing' parking companies to deal with the rest of stuff. I have a feeling they're going to keep denying it. On my side I am just collecting information for the case.

I emailed the Chancellors, they passed it onto the Parking division of the University (that still have no clue of anything apart from trying to dodge most questions and put everything on First Parking Llp & DCB Legal's heads)

write back to said Chancellors and use Fruity's suggestion above ,
tell them that this email needs to go the the legal department
keep the pressure on .... annoy the hell out of them ... perseverance can pay off.

No reply from the University at all. Going to get the whole 'court' process started.

As in, youre going to sue the uni? You dont start a court claim over a parking charge, the parking company does.
