University replied again with this:Good AfternoonIn this case, we will not be able to assist and you will need to contact First Parking or DCBL in regards to this.Kind Regards
The University being the 'land-owner', they will need to be contacted first right, if needed to be so I don't quite understand why they're acting like this? It's really frustrating how their replies are just plain, simple and boring.0 -

You could always ask then for the names and contact details of the witnesses who will be attending court as witnesses on behalf of the university in line with the Civil Procedure Rules, Practice Direction, and provide dates when they won't be available to attend court.I married my cousin. As in, youre going to sue the uni? You dont start a court claim over a parking charge, the parking company does.
