    Hello guys,
Still no reply from University I am going to email more people from the University to see if they could have a look at it.
Received the Claim Form today that only states one REG and £280, no sign of the other tickets. I'm quite sure if they're taking me to court they've got to claim everything (all tickets under my name) in one go?

While htey sshould do, they usually dont.
IF you get another claim form then you at every stage make it clear these claims must be consoilidated.

Issue date is 22nd March 2021.

With a Claim Issue Date of 22nd March, you have until Monday 12th April to file an Acknowledgment of Service. If possible, do not file an AoS before 27th March, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

Having filed an AoS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 26th April 2021 to file your Defence.
That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Thank you I am going to get it all done in 2 days, I am going to give the Uni a few more days for them to reply there are chances they would cancel it as I've sent them a detailed e-mail explaining everything a-z.

    Hi,
so this is what my Uni replied with :

    Good Morning

We have been forwarded your email in regards for parking.

In total you have been issued 7 PCN's, dating back to June 2019 but this is the first time you have contacted us regarding them. These have all been issued due to parking in Staff permit holder car parks, but you are not a member of staff and have never owned a permit. In regards to the 'unclear signs', there is signage in every car park to explain the parking regulations and these are all British Parking Association compliant, we are audited on this every year, so we can confirm they are clear and effective. Unfortunately, now they have been ignored for so long and reached Debt Collection stage, we will not be able to assist as First Parking are the company who employ DCBL, not the University.

It’s come to a point where the University doesn’t want to get involved in this even after telling them their signs are not clear nor visible to drivers entering the car park. Looks like court is the only solution for this and I’m quite confident I can win this.

    to focus their minds ...
you could try telling the university that they may be be called to give evidence and that they will be required to show any contracts that they have with the scammers.

    its worked in the past

    Thank you.

I have replied to the University by including those tips. Let's see what they have to say, hopefully they get worried and take a decision haha.
