You really should be hammering the MA
Bear in mind that OP is a tenant. I had to instruct my MA to ignore one tenant, a thorough PITA, who complained about tree pruning which I supported. IMO, if tenants have a beef with the MA it should go through the landlord.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -

That is for a judge to decide surely. I have not seen anything where an AST says one thing, and a landlord's lease says another. In nearly 45 years as a landlord I have never had to deal with a PPC.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
