Received a parking charge because the parking permit slipped and was not fully visible

While some tried to help first, and therefore I understand their disappointment in what I decided to do, it's amazing how others are just ok with coming postmortem to just criticize without having helped at all and now I'm apparently guilty of purposely funding some sort of mafia.

It would be nice if at least one of you guys understood my point of view, but it's just easier being like this and putting 100% of the blame on just one side.

I'm sure I'll be reading more of this tomorrow. Feel free to point this as the worst possible way of handling the PCN.

Yes, by the way they also said that with my sole payment I've funded them to keep doing what they do for the next 15 years...

I understand their purpose/service when dealing with rogue parkers (D_P_Dance shared a link and I agree with most of it), but if they act against the residents it's awful.
