    I contacted Northampton County Court
I don't think you did, unless you live near there; I suspect you mean Northampton County Court Business Centre.

    So, again
Were you there to be found at the time the claim was issued
Think of anything they could have used to find you
  • I might have been on the electoral register there as I have just read on gov.uk that students can be registered to two (term time and home address), but I just cant be 100% certain.

    Find out then!
You do realise you get one shot at a set aside? If you don't get this nailed down you dont knwo where you are

BTW your l etter above was far, far too long. You are not writing an essay trying to hit a word count. The more you say, the more  they can twist against you, the more diversion syou give them etc.
    Keep it simple and direct
  • I have tried to access some websites to see pervious addresses of the electoral register, but I am not having much luck. I will keep trying.

When re-writing as above a heads-up to the following if included:-

(Typo)  -  "I contacted Northampton County Court as soon as I noticed the CCJ (date) for more information, whereby they provided me with details that it was a default (judgement)......."  -  Google CCJ

(Typo)  -  "I notified DVLA of my change of address to (xxx) for my photo-card at the beginning of November (2021)........"

...and building on Grandad's comment, it should be...

your FREE credit check , noddle etc will show previous addresses and dates , and indeed your present , if they are there , then the company that issued the claim could have had this info for coppers
