CCJ from parking ticket on credit file

Hello,
Can anyone offer me any advice. I have just noticed on my credit file I have a CCJ from a parking ticket I received at Lancaster Uni in 2019. The CCJ is dated 18/11/20, however I moved house in July 2020 and again in October 2020 so I have not received any letters regarding the CCJ. I would have paid it in full before it got to stage of being at court so now I want to dispute it because I hadn’t received the letters regarding the CCJ. Can anyone help?

Can I direct you to the NEWBIE sticky which is one of the first five announcements on the front page of the parking forum. Read the second post which covers set-asides, which is what you must now apply for. Do not pay it, as it will only be marked as satisfied and will not remove it from your credit file. Which parking company is involved? You might be able to get them to agree to a set-aside with consent (£100) rather than without consent (£255). Did you keep your V5C up-to-date with the DVLA? Did you ort can you get the Uni involved in arranging to have the underlying PCN cancelled for you?3

Read the NEWBIES thread about Setting aside a CCJ (in post #2 all about court claims).
And search and read at least a dozen recent set aside threads, to copy from and spare our time as we are so pushed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Which parking firm and which solicitors were representing them? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

When in 2019?
Did you respond to any notices and if so, when?0 -
The debt collection company is DCB legal, but the parking firm is First parking. I have never responded to any of the notices.0

As others have said, you need to be reading the second post of the NEWBIES thread where you will find good guidance on how to manage a set aside.
You have left several questions unanswered.1 -
I will go through all the posts tomorrow thankyou. I didn’t tell the DVLA about my house move in July as it was only a temporary move, however I did tell the DVLA about my house in my October. I do not know who the solicitors are representing them. I have only just found out about the CCJ and don't have a clue about my next times or who to contact. I will have a read of the posts and see if I can get my head around it.0

Yes, you do know who the solicitors are, if any. They are named on the claim form, under address for correspondence.
You changed the V5c or just the licence?
You will have a clue how to do a set aside, however you have a week to get your head round it, no longer. One of the grounds for set aside has a requirement that you act promptly
This is not somethingyou can let lie for a couple weeks and come back to it. If you do so you risk failing at your one chance to get a set aside, meaning the CCJ stays for 6 years
You must answer every question asked, because that tells us if you have a chance under CPR13.2, and that CPR allows an automatic set aside

I don’t have a claim form. I haven’t received any letters due to moving house. I’m pretty sure I only changed my driving license.0
