EDF tariff unit rates for me, are higher than the GNE ones. The Standing Charge is lower. On MY typical usage, yearly cost works out about same. This years usage hasn't been typical0

Tonycv51 Is the Welcome pack sent by post or email? Have been advised that the Welcome pack will be sent, but not yet received.
An earlier email from EDF states that they have set up our gas and electric account, so surprised that their latest email refers only to our electric account.
Will try to contact them later.0 -
Have 'spoken' to EDF chatbot, and apparently gas is being sorted.0

One other thing I noticed on my account. It says contract runs until 2029?1 -
It’s lovely that a few of you have had success in the migration of your account, but I’m yet to get an account. Had an email on 12th April to say your migration is in the process.
How long has it taken for everyone on here from that email to initial account setup?0 -
I still haven't had any contact from EDF whatsoever!0

My electricity & gas starting on different dates. No longer get dual fuel discount and account showing a zero balance when I am nearly £400 in credit with green network.
They seem to be doing things in bits & pieces and not like when you usually change suppliers.0 -

I has 2 email in Feb from MSE informing me that EDF would be my new supplier and the Tariff I was moving to, although that was actually wrong, as it says V1 and I am actually on V2.
I have never received any welcome packs and only found out what tariff I was on by clicking on notifications and there was a welcome letter with all the details.
Maybe try and register an EDF account and see if it brings anything up.0 -
