Green Network Energy is ceasing to trade

I checked online and it definitely shows I’m now with edf. Despite not having heard anything from them at all apart from MSE. I stopped my DD straight away so am expecting a biggish bill when it finally gets sorted.1

Other than one small alteration to one final reading (by @Gerry1's mysterious third party) , my opening reads with the SOLR have been accepted altho' I have had problems with the bust supplier trying to substitute their own (higher) readings on one occasion.1 -

I am in the same situation. Moved to new supplier. I have calculated that will owe under £5!0

I take it no-one has had a new GNE bill generated since they went into administration at start of February ?
This would help confirm that all billing will (eventually) be done by EDF on their new replacement tariff from the start of February
(even though they have not even created many of the new customer accounts yet)

(even though they have not even created many of the new customer accounts yet)I joined them back in Oct last year and have never had a bill.To add to my woes, I provieed an incorrect reading when they went into admin and didn't realise until I went to put a new reading in at end of March, I called them and asked them to put in my new reading and amend the incorrect one (but they haven't amensed the incorrect one or put a note on my account like I asked re this). I'm also due compensation from SGN for loss of gas supply in Feb, so will be watching to see where that goes.0 -
My DD that was due to be paid to GNE today bounced and was declined. Previous DDs to them have gone out OK.
I don't yet have an EDF account so have not been transferred over. Now stuck in limbo it appears.
Edit: I called GNE and they said it had been cancelled as I am in the process of migrating over to EDF and it was cancelled to avoid double billing.

My payments to GNE go out on the 9th, but they don't get credited to the account until at least the 10th, though if the weekend happens to get in the way it won't appear until Monday or maybe Tuesday, so if its going to bounce it'll happen then. Very strange system.Interestingly my tariff expires on June 8th. My switching window opens April 20th. Hopefully by June I'll have some information of actually having moved, otherwise I suspect I'm going to get stuck on some standard tariff where it costs the national debt of Outer Mongolia just to boil the kettle.0

I've now received an email from EDF, welcoming us to their company, stating account number. As follows -
We've created a dedicated variable tariff for you called Electricity: Welcome GNE Variable v2 | Gas: Welcome GNE Variable v2, which gives you a very competitive price for your energy. These are even lower than your current Green Network Energy prices*, and we promise they won't change before 30 September 2021.

I guess EDF are prioritising those they are taking on board. In terms of my final bill refund ive heard nothing still. Whatsapp EDF Bot is useless too said end of March now says End of April. No need to contact us!1
