Just submitted my April readings, straight onto my GNE account, it is showing all my readings & DD payments, strange things going on !!1

EDF have just requested a meter read, haven't had a bill from GNE since November, I cancelled my DD in March as i was over £120 in credit.1

Im in completely different boat here!
I left GNE in November, switched supplier. Didnt get my final Bill till Feb 1st from GNE ( swicth guarantee fail) I have a credit of about £140 and would like it refunding but EDF keep saying my account hasnt been transferred. Dont know what to do. Also this has failed the switch Guarantee (whatever that means to them) by miles!0 -
