  • I have had an email via MSE giving me my new EDF rate, however nothing directly from EDF to confirm this, my GNE DD is still active & I am paying the same amount & am in Credit, also i am sending monthly readings to GNE website, these are all showing on the GNE website, as are my payments. Theres really nothing we can do I reckon just sit tight & see what happens. Hopefully all those in "Large" credit situations will be treated properly.
    I have been submitting electricity readings on the GNE website but they are not showing on my account
  • Just submitted my April readings, straight onto my GNE account, it is showing all my readings & DD payments, strange things going  on !!

    EDF have just requested a meter read, haven't had a bill from GNE since November, I cancelled my DD in March as i was over £120 in credit.

    Have you been giving monthly reads to GNE ? It's portal is still live.
    Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

    I left GNE in November, switched supplier. Didnt get my final Bill till Feb 1st from GNE ( swicth guarantee fail) I have a credit of about £140 and would like it refunding but EDF keep saying my account hasnt been transferred. Dont know what to do. Also this has failed the switch Guarantee (whatever that means to them) by miles!

    Not monthly, but i did enter one when i heard that they've gone bust.

    I did search my postcode and there is no mention of GNE?

    It will eliminate any uncertainty about whom your suppliers really are, allowing you to take any necessary action with confidence if a switch has not completed.
