So having just logged into my GNE account to keep an eye on it, I now see that they have flipped me on to an incorrect pay on receipt of bill tarrif, despite a dd being taken out this month, and it having been showing a correct pay by DD tarrif !!!!!!1

EDF are not doing themselves proud is this - how difficult is it to send emails with updates.
EDIT I guess the description pay on receipt of bill is because the new DD has yet to be set upNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill2 -
My GNE A/C is same as Jack_Harper, now showing "Pay on receipt of bill", my DD is due to go out today, so we wait & see what happens, nice to see my "In credit" is still showing. Has anyone tried phoning the 0800 520 0202 number on the GNE site ?1

After reading the last three posts on this topic, I signed into my GNE account this morning. My tariff also lists Payment Method as Pay on receipt of bill.I did not delete my GNE direct debit from my current account, and the regular DD was taken as usual around 6th of the month, in each of the months after GNE went into administration and EDF was appointed as SoLR.I checked my online banking today and noticed that the GNE Direct Debit mandate has disappeared, which was not my doing.Perhaps EDF are now setting up customer accounts with new DD mandates, porting over customer bank account details from GNE and new DD mandates for EDF will appear very soon? Possibly they are also deleting the legacy GNE DD mandates as they go along?Looking at the changes to My tariff in the GNE portal, the unit rates for Electricity and Gas have stayed the same, but the Standing charge has increased by 65% for Electricity and jumped up 80% for Gas - possibly as a result of the "change" to the payment method...0

I look after my own and a relatives account. She has been transferred to EDF and is at stage 4 "all done" She gave a meter reading on 22/3/21 as part of the registration process. She is on the correct edf tariff. Last week she had her first direct debit from her new edf acct deducted. No credits have been trans from green to edf nor has she received any statements from Green, or any further communication from edf. Also as others have stated, her standing charge on her GNE acct has increased from 19p a day to 34p and has not changed even though the edf account trans has completed. I had assumed that once the edf acct was set-up green would issue a final statement with the correct tariff
my account is in limbo but my s/c has also increased even though I did not cancel my d/debits. I have tried to contact Green on both 0800 520 0101 + 0202....line is unavailable

Just checked and my GNE direct debit is now showing as cancelled on my bank account, this wasn’t done by me so it seems EDF have done this as part of the transfer.
Went to login in the GNE website portal to see what was showing there but the website doesn’t load. Don’t know if that is a temporary thing or if it has now been taken down completely.0 -

You will be able to access your MyAccount until 30 April should you wish to download any information."
