If you have access to your eon bills the meter readings will be on the bills. Please look at the first bill and see what the starting meter readings was and whether it was estimated or actual, then look at your final bill and give us the meter reading and date of the final reading. You can calculate your usage from these figures.

if you are unsure how to do this copy these bills onto this forum just removing your personal details and we will do it for you.

the meter readings are key, not an “annual usage figure” as you can calculate annual usage from the meter reads.

@nick_griff187 Since the meter was installed on 12 June 2019 what have the meter readings, as shown on your bill been ?  Include the letters A, E and C and double check that the records show the new meter serial number as shown on the card.  It should be possible to narrow down the time of the failure.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

If you don't mind I'll post my first bill on here & my last, I'd rather get it right by people who know what they talking about? EDF have again asked for their £630 😳

Are all these bills for the same house?  The electric meter in Nov 18 had a serial number S10R64277 and read 23049; when removed in June 19 2190908 and read 78379 ;and then a smart from June

Between June and Sept 2019 the Electric advanced 01249  ie an "annual" figure of 5,000 kWh.

The usage at at any other address is irrelevant - houses, vary in construction, insulation etc. What matters is the info from your present house.

Are there no more bills on line after Sept 2019 ?

Certainly it would help to have data more recent than September 2019. As I have maintained spreadsheets for my gas and electricity bills since 1983, I have cranked the OP's bills from February 2019 to September 2019 into them. The calculations in my spreadsheet give the same energy consumption and amounts charged as in those 3 bills, but in 5 columns because two of the bills have an intermediate reading. If the OP can provide more recent data, I can update it.
In 229 days OP used 2497 kWh electricity. Could call that 4000 per year. The gas billing covers 275 days, used 14692 kWh, which is 19,500 per year.

The EON Statement for energy up to 18 September 2019 indicates a credit balance of £37.56, and is a FINAL bill. That indicates that EON ceased being the supplier, and someone else took over. The readings on that date are from the smart meters, and should be those used by the new supplier, which the OP stated to be EDF.
Subsequently another switch took place, from EDF to Shell Energy. The question is, what readings were given by the OP to EDF in September 2019, and then what readings were given to Shell on that switch. It would be helpful to know the readings today.
