@Camboudica I am really not sure because I haven't been privvy to the entire process. It was implied it was 16 working days for the entire process but I am not convinced. From peicing together various bits of information I think it was more like 21 - 22 working days.

@Crevitus
Thats really fast, we submitted our application on the 20th September, valuation instructed on the 23rd, valuation carried out on the 26th, all back okay.Been waiting since then as no other requested but all documents are still awaiting review.Have any of your documents been ticketed yet?Thank you0 -
I'm so fed up of waiting for our broker to give us feedback I'm currently trying to get our mortgage application number directly from Natwest so I can at least see the timeline.0

@Little_Gem it’s horrible isn’t it, I got our mortgage number but nothing has changed and I do check about 100 times a day.Our broker did call NatWest last week and they said they will update before the 17th October. It’s just painful as it’s been two weeks now and I know that if they didn’t approve it we wouldn’t no what to do with all the new rates.I honestly don’t no why they keep people waiting so long0

@ashleighflint, our application was submitted on the 05/09, however, I have a feeling our broker didn't actually submit any documents until the following week. Long story short, he 'forgot' to ask us for something that we then had to scramble to get from my partners accountant, which we didn't get until the week after the application was put in. I suspect he held off submitting the documents until he had them all together, so whilst I'm worrying it's taking so long, I have a feeling I'm a week ahead of myself, if that makes any sense....0

Such a horrible wait!I just want a yes or no. It doesn’t help that my partner is self employed so I’ve heard it takes so much longer for them to process. The start of the application was so fast with valuation ect and now it’s just a drag!Fingers crossed that we all hear some news soon1
