Yes I am,
im looking for updates every 5 mins on the tracker.Application submitted on the 20th September.
requested Sa100 on the 22nd
valuation happened on Friday but still no up date, but it’s now ticked in the tracker
Everything is still being working on but I had seen that self employed are taking 16 days to underwrite but employed are only 7 days.God knows what’s going to happen with the news, as looks like a lot of bank are now pulling mortgages.Fingers crossed0 -
We're the same. I'm going to have a nervous breakdown at this rate.
We applied 5th September, valuation came back fine, then they asked for additional information (which I personally feel our broker should have anticipated, but that's a whole other story) and now we're back in the queue again, 5 days into a 16 day service level wait. I just want an answer. Even if they said "everything is fine, you will get a mortgage we just need to do the paperwork", but all this waiting for an answer is killing me.0 -
It’s horrible isn’t it. So is it a full 16 days after they receive new information? It’s only been a week since we applied but seems to be the longest week ever. Did you hear the valuation was okay strait away? Our mortgage broker said they haven’t hear anything but the valuation is ticked now.0

Just as a bit of background, we had an AIP, i'm employed, my partner is self-employed, so tends to take longer anyway. They received the full application on the 5th, did a hard search that day and our valuation was sometime the following week (our broker has all the info but is a bit lax with details), and this apparently came back fine. They then came back asking for more info re my partners accounts on the 16th which we submitted on the 20th, and now we're just sitting about waiting again to see if they ask for more info or whether they will now just proceed. Our broker said at the moment it's an average 16 working days from the point you submit additional information, before they will come back to us.I feel like this has been the longest month ever and we've still got another 2 week wait.0

Same here but I am not waiting for me, but rather for my buyer's mortgage. I believe they've been waiting 16 days today since they submitted additional information and their broker advised the same as yours, although I've given up holding my breath

It's incredibly stressful. I'm usually the 'chill' one, but this entire experience has got me worried sick. I imagine your buyers are just as fraught as you are.Same here but I am not waiting for me, but rather for my buyer's mortgage. I’m glad I’m not the only one close to a nervous breakdown!!It seems like we all have similar timeframes so far. We are also in the situation where I am employed and partner is self-employed.Fingers firmly crossed for good news all round!0

my mortgage broker said she had been trying to chase all day but no one is answering the phones.Self employment underwriting has come down to 15 days now!Scary times with all this stuff going on.0 -

I don't believe my buyer is self employed and they were told 16 days by their broker. However I've been "told" a lot of things over the last few weeks and I just don't know what to think any longer.
