    I’m really concerned this morning.

ClearScore update all week has said that a hard search will be added from NatWest. This morning I got a email saying my new credit score is available and there’s no sign of this NatWest hard search, it’s like it’s been deleted before it’s been added. My partners went on last week.

Checked all three credit scores and the only one is Experian showing a soft search on the day we applied.

Should I be worried? As I do have 1 late payment from 7 months ago. It was at 6 months when I applied.

People are saying that they got refused a mortgage on credit score and no hard search is showing. My score is very good on all credit reports!

Sorry but I just can’t stop worrying now and wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
Mines done the same. I applied via a broker on 2/9. Initial hard search for then. Requested additional documents last week and today had notification removing hard search.  Does anyone know by this is?

how strange, My partners hard search has been on since last week, but mine has now been taken off this morning. Hope it’s not a bad sign 🤞
  • They removed my hard search but kept my partners on there and I got an offer so you should be all good.
  • Having read these comments I checked and the Natwest hard search is still showing on my ClearScore app so I got my partner to download it too (he only had the Credit Karma one) and check his searches, it shows he did have a hard search from Natwest but it's not showing on his dashboard like mine, only when you look through all of the hard/soft search list. No idea what this means.

Great, something else to worry about....

@MrCarrot, Was this the Underwriting part of the process that took 16 working days, or the entire process start to finish, please?
