Both FTB, Not a new build. Both salary 50k. Excellent and fair credit reports. 10% deposit. Permanent and Contract jobs. Buyer and Biomedical scientist.

How do you know whether the valuation will be in person or desktop? Or can you not tell?1

ohh update, my mum spoke to natwest and it was passed to offer on 30th (tracker updated just now too) - however they are taking around 5 working days to produce offer - some news at leastLooking to remortgage December 2022 onto a better rate!0
