- Valuation report received 07/09

Good luck...let us k ow how I get on...my mum is still waiting on hers despite everything ticked since 30th. She got the solicitors letters yesterday with instruction from natwest with the deed but still no offer...very oddLooking to remortgage December 2022 onto a better rate!1

I still haven't heard from my solicitor! I've emailed them yesterday morning. Went for a second viewing today to get some pictures and such. Not only did the agent inform us that they’ve heard nothing about an evaluation request, we found a leak
not the best day! 0 -
turns out Natwest are requesting a damp and timber survey.. been told its probably nothing tho so fingers crossed. the seller has also offered to pay for this so win windoglover34 said:

was it definitely an in person valuation not a desktop one? and are the sellers fixing the leak before you move in? not the best day!They have received the valuation report so broker thinks a drive by valuation (didn’t even know that was a thing!)

make it a condition of sale that they fix it
