    Hi All,

New here, in the very early days but thought I’d add what I have so far:

      - Broker submitted application 26/08
      - Hard search appears on Equifax 26/08

All sides hoping for a quick completion but certainly seems hit and miss from reading here!

We are both FTB full time employed  :)

Hi All, my mums timeline (I'm tracking for her):

    16/08 - DIP
    17/08 - Application Submitted
17/08 - Hard Search on her and my dads credit file
23/08 - Tracker Active and 6 Actions Pending
    23/08 - Valuation Booked
    24/08 - Valuation Approved
30/08 - Bank Statements / Payslips Reviewed and ticked

Nothing outstanding now ... Natwest advised her to check back at the end of the day for an update
Looking to remortgage December 2022 onto a better rate!

    @K_S

    hello it’s me again!

I have another question. Our vendors solicitor is still aiming to complete on the 8th September. It actually needs to be the 7th (she conveniently just told us she’s on holiday from the 8th).
How long does it take to draw down funds from NatWest please? I’d assume 7 days or 5 working days? Meaning she’d have to request them tomorrow?
thanks in advance and sorry for always coming to you with questions!
  • Hi, I'm waiting for the approval.
  • Mine so far…

23/08 - full application via Broker (soft check)

    24/08 - hard credit check

    26/08 - reviewing payslips
    26/08 - valuation instructed (booked 2nd September)

I’m confused as to why there is so little on our tracker but see loads on others.

case is pretty straight forward both employed joint income of around 55k
