I had my offer letter through on Tuesday, I was very impressed with NatWest! I had originally applied through a broker to TSB, but 8 weeks in and TSB kept coming back requesting documents that I had already provided to my broker, I gave up and applied direct to NatWest.
10th May - Uploaded my documents on DigiDoc system
11th May - NatWest requested additional payslips (to calculate my overtime)
12th May - Survey instructed
14th May - survey report received
18th May - Mortgage offer received at lunchtime
so on the 6th Working day from submitting all of my documents - it took me a few days to gather all my documents as I was waiting for my new Bank Statement, but NatWest were a lot better than TSB (or maybe that was just my terrible mortgage advisor not passing the details on to them!)Mortgage Start £185,995 (Aug 21)
Mortgage Balance: £120,953 (Feb 25)2 -
11th May - Submitted application (via a broker)
14th May - Had confirmation from the broker that the valuation had been done (at our purchase price). More info was requested same day which took a few days for us to gather as it involved letters from employers etc.
18th May - additional requested info submitted
Now just a waiting game. Broker contacted us yesterday to say it would be a "few days" but we're really working on the basis of "any day now"!0 -

AiP done 17th May. Full application submitted along with docs 18th May. More information requested 21st May (additional 3 payslips).
Submitted an up to date Home Report with full application, so will NatWest still require to do their own valuation?0 -

We had our valuation booked for Tuesday and it still hasn't been logged on the tracker. Does anyone know how long it should take. That's all they're waiting for, it's so frustrating!0
