How reliable is the natwest tracker?Ive given them the benefit of the doubt so far but I reckon my mortgage broker is simply dreadful.Application Submitted 13/04Valuation Completed 27/04No information from broker at any point other than an initial email stating that the application with Natwest had been submitted (actually the email incorrectly stated a different lender). Prior to agreeing to go with Natwest I was advised that I would have the option to pay for a Survey to take place with the valuation, the valuation went ahead and the option wasnt presented to me so arranged with a different surveyor afterwards.I finally got through to my broker and asked them for the mortgage ref number and viewing the tracker it shows 3 actions from the 27/04 (proof of deposit requested, proof of additional income, check voicemail we need to discuss application).Which is why I pose the question on how reliable the information on the tracker is, if Natwest really have been waiting for those 3 things (for a week now) is that fairly outrageous?0

Im guessing your broker will be in contact once the valuation has been done, shouldnt be too long as they are generally very quick to get the valuation sorted.
