  • 02/09 - Application submitted
10/09 - Offer issued subject to valuation
    10/09 - Valuation instructed
    13/09 - Valuation results received
    15/09 - Offer received

Then things went tits up, we lost our house and our buyer so we were back to square one!

28/10 - Amendments and payslips sent for original mortgage offer for new house
02/11 - Correction to purchase price made

Online tracker showing theres an issue today, rang broker who stated they'd put the wrong purchase price in - which meant our LTV would have been 97%... lost for words lol. Correction to the purchase price is in and hopefully things continue a bit smoother now!!

08/11 - Natwest happy to offer at 85% not 90%, begged family & sent in gifted deposit form
15/11 - Offer issued subject to valuation
    15/11 - Valuation paid

This honestly feels like it's dragging this time round!!
    Update...

    22/11 - Valuation completed

YAY Finally! Natwest have confirmed they received the report back, so hopefully we get news this week, it happened pretty quickly last time fingers crossed it does again now.

Can't wait for the mortgage stress to be over, and onto the conveyancing stress!
Finally completed on our new home

If you had confirmation that the valuation report is back, you should receive your offer tomorrow. Natwest are super speedy.

I had a confirmation that my valuation report was in at 18:45 and received the offer by 12:00 the next day.

    Good luck🙂

Thought I would put my time line in as I was SO impressed and finally after months of worry on my credit woes I seem to be near the end!

19/11 submitted aip and full application
20/11 soft and hard check notification on clearscore
22/11 underwriter reviewing payslips and bank account
23/11 instructed offer subject to valuation

just waiting on valuation to come back it'd a new build so touch wood don't envisage any issues.

just for those wanting hope I had a default (less than three years old) and a pay day loan two years ago so there is hope for everyone!

17/11: phone call from surveyor to arrange valuation
    18/11: valuation done
19/11: confirmation valuation report received and NatWest are happy with it
19/11: a few queries raised on some transactions on my bank statement (nothing scary)
22/11: NatWest confirmed they’d received the extra info and were reviewing.
23/11: everything ticked on tracker. Waiting impatiently since then for a yes or a no 😬
