We had to send a couple of bits. We originally sent screenshots for my wifes bank statements which they couldn't accept and they asked for some additional payslips for my wife to go back further than the usual 3 months as she was on maternity at the time.handponthemove said:Just wondering whether anyone had to re-send payslips and a P60. Valuation all done and ok’d but now asking for this info. All other docs signed off too.. thought the offer would be imminent but now I’m not so sure
This was last year and I've just checked back to my post on this thread.....we sent all the additional info they requested over on 18th May and received our offer on 21st May..... so may not cause too much of a delay in getting your offer.1 -
Our broker said we couldn’t track but I called NatWest and got the reference number. In fact, I’m sure I should’ve received the broker fee with all the “extra work” I did. 🤣chrmc said:
Thanks! That’s really helpful. We’re not with L&C so I’ll ask the question tomorrow.stek2008 said:Yes, but you'll drive yourself mad if anything like me - it doesn't update often.
Ask your broker for the NatWest reference number, or if your broker happens to be L&C you'll find it on the 'Details' tab of their tracker.
It takes a few days after a reference number is issued for it to start working on the tracker.0 -
Thank you for this. We received our offer the next day so I was worrying about nothing. It’s so stressful waiting for the all clear isn’t it!Mahsroh said:

Does anyone know who Natwest do their credit checks with for mortgages?0

Does anyone know what the current turn around time is for a NatWest mortgage? I had a Nationwide one last month and Application to offer was 2 weeks. Not had anything from NatWest and brokers on holiday.0

Depends on the application and the property really.Deedoodee said:Does anyone know what the current turn around time is for a NatWest mortgage? I had a Nationwide one last month and Application to offer was 2 weeks. Not had anything from NatWest and brokers on holiday.
Our full application went in at the end of January and we're hoping for an offer any time now.
They did the valuation on 10th Feb and then requested a specialist damp survey due to the age of the house. They've had this since Monday.
If you look on this page:
https://www.intermediary.natwest.com/intermediary-solutions/service-levels.html?intcam=HP-B-TB-DEF-Default
it gives an idea of their current service levels and the stats at the bottom give an idea of what % of mortgages are approved in 7 days or within 14 days.0 -
