My application was submitted on 15/03 by MB and the tracker did not work for me until 25/03. Apparently they are very behind at the moment.Greenbluewindow said:
Oops - meant 22/03 of course!Greenbluewindow said:New to this but thought I would add my story so far:
- FTB
- Mortgage application sent via broker 22/04
- Hard check on Equifax on 22/04
Nothing since then!
My MB sent me the mortgage reference number but it still doesn't appear to be working.
Has anyone else had to wait this long to access their tracker?
as of today they have completed the valuation but still haven’t assessed income/bank statements or HMRC documents.
hopefully it will not be much longer now…0 -
My application went in on the 24th, MB contacted me yesterday to ask for gifted deposit letter. Kind of peeved she didn’t ask for this beforehand.I had a hard search on the 24th as well but that’s all.0

Their service levels aren't looking good at the moment. It says on their website:
"Please do not contact us within the first 13 working days after you submit an application, as we'll be assessing the application."

Is it right saying assess further information will include the hard credit check, review of application and supporting documents?Soku said:Their service levels aren't looking good at the moment. It says on their website:

Wondering at which point we can feel a little optimistic.
or is all the reviewing of application at the underwriting stage?0 -
They’ve actually come down a bit, it was don’t contact us for 15 days a couple of days ago0

I guess now it depends if other lenders will use different survey methods. Who was your original mortgage with, when did it end and what Town are you in? 0 -
Got an update from Broker, looking to instruct valuation next week. So no news for me this week. I’m on working day 7.I see the service levels have come down another day though which is good1

I can see some movement on the tracker for the first time since submitting an application on 03/03.
It is so good to see some progress.0
