Hello I'm new here but hoping someone can help me
We submitted on Wednesday through a broker and this is what our tracker is saying to date (below)
Does this mean that my broker hasn't updated our solicitor details yet? And they are still looking at our ID and payslip. I thought they wouldn't instruct a valuation until we had got through the first part but I'm not really sure? I'm extremely anxious about being declined so I'd appreciate any advice!Assessment await task We need to clarify your client's solicitor's details. she’s screenshots of it, mine looks different looks as if the first thing they’ve done is arrange a valuation. Surely not?I don’t know for sure but i think it sounds right when your saying they haven’t uploaded your solicitors details. (Sounds like it anyway)0 -
Am I right in thinking that looks like that’s the only thing that’s been done??

I've joined this forum because of this one thread, seeing how helpful and supportive everybody is has helped relieve my anxieties around the process. I'm currently at the early stages of my application with Natwest:10/09 - Offer sent and accepted
13/09 - stage 1 - Initial Mortgage application via zoom call, uploading and sharing personal documents, statements etc
20/09 - stage 2 - Mortgage application submitted via zoom call, Hard credit check completed. Valuation and HBS requested.
awaiting update on application now and valuation.
Ams
13/09 - Initial mortgage application completed
20/09 - Mortgage submitted, Hard credit check completed
28/09 - Underwriter approval for mortgage - subject to valuation
06/10 - Valuation
07/10 - Mortgage approval
All in all Natwest have been pretty efficient in progressing and approving the application. Good luck to everybody currently progressing their applications. It's not a nice feeling waiting for things to get approved.
