I've joined this forum because of this one thread, seeing how helpful and supportive everybody is has helped relieve my anxieties around the process. I'm currently at the early stages of my application with Natwest:10/09 - Offer sent and accepted
13/09 - stage 1 - Initial Mortgage application via zoom call, uploading and sharing personal documents, statements etc
20/09 - stage 2 - Mortgage application submitted via zoom call, Hard credit check completed. Valuation and HBS requested.
awaiting update on application now and valuation.
